Wayne Moore-Read
Wayne Moore-Read is a Director of FST Solicitors and is based in our London Office. Wayne is a specialist RSL solicitor, having worked in the sector for the whole of his career. He trained with a specialist property practice in Kent where he stayed for several years after qualifying as a solicitor. During this time he worked alongside FST's other director Andrew Theoff in the Social Housing Department, specialising in acting for Registered Social Landlords in the purchase of individual properties and land for development.
Wayne became an equity partner in a niche Legal 500 practice acting for RSLs, Local Authorities and National House Builders, where he stayed for a number of years. During this time, Wayne not only acted for RSLs and private developers on their acquisitions but also set up that firm's bulk plot sales department. He joined Fosters Solicitors in October 2004, establishing the office at Great Titchfield Street which is now the London Office of FST Solicitors. He deals with a wide variety of property work for RSLs and private developers, but particularly focuses upon development site acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Wayne lives in North London with his partner, and has a penchant for good food, travelling the world and partaking in dangerous sports!
