Disposals

We deal with many and varied methods of disposal of land or property on behalf of our private developer clients, including:

Back to back disposal of part of a site to a Registered Social Landlord
Sales or Leases of commercial elements of a site to a third parties
Bulk transfers of completed units to investors
Transfers or Leases of individual units to private individuals

The basis of our charges for disposal work depends on the type of transaction. We are however always happy to agree a fixed fee for disposals, irrespective of the method used.
