Andrew Theoff
Andrew Theoff is a Director of FST Solicitors and is based in our Kent Office. Andrew trained in a small commercial firm in East Kent where, after qualifying as a solicitor, he specialised in commercial and residential property transactions and Company and Commercial matters. In 1997 moved to join the firm at which FST's other Director Wayne Moore-Read was then working, where he specialised in acting for Registered Social Landlords in the purchase of individual properties and land for development. Andrew then spent 5 years as a partner and head of the Social Housing Department at a 12 partner multi-disciplinary firm in Kent, dealing mainly with plot sales for RSLs and securitisation work.
In 2004 Andrew joined Fosters Solicitors as a Director where he built up a large team acting for RSLs and private developers on disposal transactions and for private individuals buying properties from RSLs or buying newbuild homes. His department now forms the Kent office of FST Solicitors. Andrew is recognised as being an expert in Shared Ownership transactions.
Andrew lives in Cliftonville with his partner and five children, has an aversion to wearing ties and owns more cars than pairs of shoes!
